Homeless sleeping in my alley 35th Place and Mountain View

Be on the lookout…he woke up when recycle truck came thru early….then tried to come back and stash his shopping cart…I ran him off and called police…he was in the wind but LE did come by in 30 min and looked for him I have reported this information to the police.

PHX C.A.R.E.S. In response to increased request to address blight associated with persons living unsheltered, often taking the form of a homeless encampment, the City of Phoenix created a coordinated program, PHX C.A.R.E.S. (Community, Action, Response, Engagement Services).  The program is a collaboration between heavily impacted departments including Human Services, Neighborhood Services, Public Works, Street Transportation, Police and the Prosecutor’s Office.
