Also, there is a new family owned pharmacy for human and pet needs.
A Nice Apothecary.  Both are located in the same strip at 10210 N 32nd Street. (NW Corner of 32nd Street & Cheryl Drive, just south of Shea Blvd)

No, Lovecraft is not being condemned.  They are adding a fabulous rooftop patio for an exquisite experience of dining, craft beer and a spectacular view of the mountains.  Rebecca and Ryan (the owners) are brilliant to the benefit of our neighborhood.  I can’t wait to enjoy a pint and a plate up there with the view of the mountains that cradle our community. (Located at the NW Corner of 32nd Street & Cactus)

Chompies is moving locations, from Paradise Valley Mall to the NE corner of 32nd Street and Cactus, where Big Lots used to be located.

Also, Dillard’s at Paradise Valley Mall has advised their employees that they will be closing.  I dont have a date yet.
Harvest House of Cannabis
Per Real Estate Attorney Benjamin Graff, the Medical Marijuana store that was working to open at Tatum and Shea has withdrawn their application for zoning change. They are moving on somewhere else.

For those who are interested, Harvest HOC has 11 other locations.
