Harvest House of Cannabis

Harvest House of Cannabis  (https://www.harvesthoc.com) has filed for a zoning change at the corner of Tatum and Shea. The site is currently C -1 (Neighborhood Retail) and they are asking for PUD (Planned Unit Development) since they failed to get C-2 in the fall application.

Paradise Valley Mall Rezoning application has been amended to include Macy’s

The store recently announced to its employees that they will be liquidating inventory and likely be closed by Spring.  This is adding another 14 acres to the application.  No other changes to the application.

Paradise Valley Village Planning Committee meeting and the Planning Commission & City Council hearings have now been set to review the PV Mall case. The meetings/hearings are scheduled as follows:

Paradise Valley Village Planning Committee hearing
Location: Meeting will be held virtually. 
Date & Time: February 1st, 2021 at 6pm

Planning Commission hearing
Location: Meeting may be held at City of Phoenix Council Chambers
