Coming Spring 2023
Curb Painting Address Numbers

The City of Phoenix has approved a grant to the residents of Mountain Preserve Block Watch with the opportunity to refresh the neighborhood with professionally painted curbs by licensed professionals.

Having a bright and freshly painted house number with commercial grade reflective paint has visible benefits for emergency responders, delivery services, and invited guests.

If you are interested in being put on a list for a refresh of your house number this upcoming Spring, please email me at myazrealtyteam@gmail.com with your full name and property address with MP Curb Painting in the subject line. *Limited spots available*

More details to follow in the near future.

Looking for Feedback

Bobby Zokaites is the artist selected by the Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture for the public art component in our Sheaborhood.

A design has not been decided, and the artist is still looking for input!

Since our neighborhood is at the entrance of the N32 corridor, the artist is taking the opportunity to be at the community party to do a meet and greet with the neighbors and is looking for input and ideas.

What would we like to see as an art piece that represents our community?

Our last art project received very little participation from the community and what was installed was a disappointment for many.
