REMINDER + LOCATION CHANGE: PROPOSED DISPENSARY MEETING

At the City of Phoenix hearing on March 23rd, the application for a proposed Sol Flower marijuana dispensary at the corner of 32nd Street and Shea in the plaza with Uncle Sams, was neither approved nor denied for a zoning variance.

The decision was made for a time extension so the community could become more educated about the proposal. The next hearing will be May 18, 2023 at 1:30pm.

We will be providing more information on how to attend this hearing virtually.

Saying goodbye to one of our original owners. Richard and Harriet Mesh have lived in the neighborhood since its inception. They have wonderful stories of the growth and change of area since the 70’s. They are leaving behind a beautiful home that is only 5 houses from the mountain preserve. It is in a “Coming Soon” status right now.
