| This year, Shadow Mountain Senior Center is a donation site that supports survivors of domestic violence, as well as pets associated with these families. I have attached flyers that list the items that are in need. Any donations are greatly appreciated and go to a good cause! There is a Purple Donation Bin that you will put your donation in (see below picture). Asking all items to be un-opened and in new condition. Please see links below to view/download donation flyers with more information. Shadow Mountain’s Paint Phoenix Purple Silent Auction and Art Gallery will be held on Friday, October 15th starting at 12 p.m., in support of Domestic Violence Awareness. The auction will end October 22nd, and they are still taking donations for this event (paintings, framed pictures, canvas, jewelry, quilting and crochet items, etc.) Thank you all! Don’t forget to wear your purple in October! |

Phoenix New Times – Best of Phoenix, Readers’ Choice 2021 Winner Best Burger: Aioli Burger
![]() |
| A burger is an easy thing to find in metro Phoenix, but a great burger? That’s a little harder. Aioli Gourmet Burgers, which also has a food truck, is our pick when we’ve got a burger craving. Aioli’s offerings start with a Kobe beef patty, and it just gets better from there. Our favorite is the California burger, which tops the meat with avocado, pickled red onions, pepper jack cheese, an over-medium egg, and chipotle aioli. But we’ve also had great luck ordering the special burgers that are only available for a limited time; past creations include a French onion burger with caramelized onions and Swiss cheese, and a Dad Burger with Sriracha honey peanut butter and apricot preserves. If, for some crazy reason, beef isn’t your thing, fear not: You can sub in a chicken breast or a vegan patty. Fresh salads, crave-worthy sides, and a selection of malts and shakes round out a menu that has something for everyone. 📍 10652 N. 32nd Street, Phoenix AZ 85028 (602) 971-5555 |
